A much loved Rowayton home lacked one thing, a comfortable gathering place for the family. The Garage was extended to accommodate an expanding ‘toy’ collection and create a generous mudroom with custom lockers and storage. The new footprint allowed the space above to be used for an expansive great room with vaulted ceiling. The large south facing windows provided great light and a view of the private garden.
